- 500g flour
- 50g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 350ml water
- 400g cold butter
- Shift flour into bowl and add 50g butter.
- Blend dough together abd add salt, vinegar and water slowly little by little.
- Blend all ingredients good and kneed good. Make into ball and put onto plastic bag and set into refrigerator.
- Roll dough into flat square and put 400g cold butter in the middle and fold in the dough together.
- Flatten the dounh and fold in again. Do this few times until you get few layers of dough together.
- Cut into desire shape or add topping (chocolate chip, jams, egg custard, vanilje custurd, walnuts, and etc) if desire.
- Grease baking pan with water and lay dough in pan. Using fork, makes some punch in the dough.
- Bake in 225'C oven for 15 minutes or until light brown.
