  • 500g flour
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 350ml water
  • 400g cold butter
  1. Shift flour into bowl and add 50g butter.
  2. Blend dough together abd add salt, vinegar and water slowly little by little.
  3. Blend all ingredients good and kneed good. Make into ball and put onto plastic bag and set into refrigerator.
  4. Roll dough into flat square and put 400g cold butter in the middle and fold in the dough together.
  5. Flatten the dounh and fold in again. Do this few times until you get few layers of dough together.
  6. Cut into desire shape or add topping (chocolate chip, jams, egg custard, vanilje custurd, walnuts, and etc) if desire.
  7. Grease baking pan with water and lay dough in pan. Using fork, makes some punch in the dough.
  8. Bake in 225'C oven for 15 minutes or until light brown.
