- 650g flour
- 250g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 300g peanut (roast and blended)
- 200g sugar
- 1 egg white
- Cream butter, oil and egg yolks until smooth and fold in flour and mix until become a dough.
- Add cold water, peanuts and sugar and work with the dough until a smooth blended dough.
- Make small balls of dough (2cm diameter) and add half a peanut on top.
- Arrange on baking tray (baking paper) and glaze with egg white.
- Bake in 200'C for 10-15 minute or until golden brown.
- Lets cool and store in air tight container.
