Peanut Cookies

  • 650g flour
  • 250g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 300g peanut (roast and blended)
  • 200g sugar
  • 1 egg white
  1. Cream butter, oil and egg yolks until smooth and fold in flour and mix until become a dough.
  2. Add cold water, peanuts and sugar and work with the dough until a smooth blended dough.
  3. Make small balls of dough (2cm diameter) and add half a peanut on top.
  4. Arrange on baking tray (baking paper) and glaze with egg white.
  5. Bake in 200'C for 10-15 minute or until golden brown.
  6. Lets cool and store in air tight container.
