Ingredients :
  • 650g flour
  • 250g butter
  • 2 eggs york
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 cup oil
  • caster sugar for covering
  1. Mix butter, oil and eggs until blended. Add flour and make into dough. Add cold water and knee dough.
  2. Make small balls and flattern.
  3. Add 1 tsp peanut filling and make into balls.
  4. Baked in 200'C oven for 10-15 minutes until little brown.
  5. Keep cool and add caster sugar.
  6. Becareful that the balls can breaks easy

Filling:

  • 500g peanut (roasted and blended)
  • Add sugar and ghee oil and mix.

Optional: Peel dates and add little of cinnamon powder and smash.
