Ingredients :
- 650g flour
- 250g butter
- 2 eggs york
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 cup oil
- caster sugar for covering
- Mix butter, oil and eggs until blended. Add flour and make into dough. Add cold water and knee dough.
- Make small balls and flattern.
- Add 1 tsp peanut filling and make into balls.
- Baked in 200'C oven for 10-15 minutes until little brown.
- Keep cool and add caster sugar.
- Becareful that the balls can breaks easy
Filling:
- 500g peanut (roasted and blended)
- Add sugar and ghee oil and mix.
Optional: Peel dates and add little of cinnamon powder and smash.
