- 300g flour
- 150g butter
- 150g sugar
- 1 egg
- 50g coconut flakes
- Shift flour into bowl and add sugar, butter, egg and coconut flakes.
- Blend dough together until you get a smooth soft dough.
- Roll dough in 5mm thick and cut dough into desire shapes and sizes.
- Add topping (chocolate chip, walnuts, or colors) if desire.
- Grease baking pan or used baking sheet and lay dough in pan.
- Bake in 200'C oven for 10 minutes or until light brown.
Other than coconut taste, you can also have different fills:
- raisin
- cashew nuts
- chocolate chips
- orange peel
